The house generally opens 1 hour prior to a performance.

Beer and wine are available for sale at most of our concerts and special events. You may not bring your own alcoholic beverages onto the site, per Massachusetts law.

You are guaranteed a seat in the section where you purchased your ticket only.

For Family shows & Circus, a child 24 months and younger may be admitted without a ticket; so long as the child occupies the same seat as a ticket holder. For all other performances, persons without tickets will not be allowed to enter.

During the 2022 season, all tickets are General Admission, where one chooses their seat, first come, first served. You are guaranteed a seat within the section you purchased tickets, but not the exact location of your seat, which will depend on availability when you arrive.

For shows under the tent, we will set up the space for your optimal listening and viewing pleasure. When we present headline shows, the tent will be set up similar to a concert hall. For a more intimate performance, there will be tables set up similar to a jazz club. We also present shows that invite you to dance, such as some of our reggae and bluegrass bands, and for those performances, there will be a dance floor.
