It’s easier than ever to purchase your Payomet tickets online, and we highly recommend it so you don’t miss out on the tickets you want.

You can now choose from Mobile, Print at Home or Will Call tickets...yes, Payomet has finally joined the 21st century!
Mobile and Print at Home tickets are similar and can either be printed or scanned from your phone at the gate. 
Become a Payomet Pal Member before buying to get discounts, avoid ticketing fees and get the best seats with advance presales on most shows.

PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets are primarily purchased online. If you’d prefer to purchase over the phone or in person, we can help you at one of our Box Offices. We suggest reserving your tickets in advance, as many of our concerts will sell out.

Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase and payment will be immediately deposited and processed upon receipt. Visa, Mastercard, personal checks or money orders are welcome.

There is a convenience fee for orders placed online. Orders by phone or at the Box Office may also be subject to a handling fee. Payomet Pal Members pay no ticketing fees. Find out how you can become a member.

There will be a $25 service fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

 

TICKET DELIVERY

Tickets will be delivered according to the preference you selected at time of purchase, Mobile, Print at Home or Will Call.

Mobile tickets will be sent to you in an email after you complete your transaction. Make sure to save this email and can find it easily once you arrive at the event to be scanned – it is your ticket..

Print at Home will be sent to you in an email after you complete your transaction. Make sure to print it out at home and bring it with you to the show - it is your ticket. You can also use your Print at Home ticket as a Mobile ticket and have it scanned from your phone at the gate.

Will Call tickets will be available for pick up at the venue 60 minutes prior to showtime. Photo ID may be required.

We cannot mail tickets.
 

MOBILE TICKETS

If you selected 'Mobile Ticket' as your delivery option, you'll receive an email with your ticket after you complete your transaction. Make sure to save this email - it is your ticket - and can find it easily once you arrive at the event.

Before you step up to the gate, open the email on your phone so the barcode is visible, turn up the brightness to maximum and hold your phone out to be scanned by the ticket collectors at the gate.

If for some reason the barcode is unreadable or your phone doesn't accept images, we will enter the barcode digits manually.

Mobile tickets can also be printed out and brought with you to the event for scanning at the gate.
 

PRINT AT HOME TICKETS

If you selected 'Print at Home' as your delivery option, you'll receive an email with your ticket(s) after you complete your transaction. Make sure to save this email - it is your ticket

Print your ticket(s) out at home and bring it with you to the show to be scanned at the gate.

You can also use your Print at Home ticket as a Mobile ticket and have it scanned from your phone at the gate (see Mobile Ticketing above).

WILL CALL

Will Call tickets will be available for pick up at the venue 60 minutes prior to showtime. Photo ID may be required.

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

All ticket sales are final.

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges, unless a performance is canceled by Payomet Performing Arts Center. 

Performances will take place rain-or-shine. There will be no refunds for inclement weather. 

If a performance is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new performance date. 

In the rare event that a performance is canceled, you will be refunded the full ticket price. Refunds will be made at point of sale.

 

DISCOUNTS

Discounts must be requested at the time of purchase and may NOT be used in any combination or retroactively.

Full-price tickets may not be exchanged later for discounted tickets nor may a refund be given for the difference between the full price and the discounted price of the ticket.

 

MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Thank you for being a member! Not only do you avoid ticketing fees, you also get a discount on all tickets with the exception of VIP seating.

To claim your discount online:
- You must be logged in to receive your member discount. Please login before starting your transaction. 
- Member discounts are applied on the Shopping Cart page after you have selected your tickets. 
- Click the dropdown menu to choose "Member Allocations".  

Phone or Box Office purchases:
- Please tell us that you are a member before you request your ticket...we love our members and want to make the process as smooth as possible.

There are no member discounts on VIP (front row) seats.

 

HOUSE RULES

The house generally opens 30-45 minutes prior to a performance. At major shows, many patrons come early and bring a picnic!  

Beer and wine are available for sale at most of our concerts and special events. You may not bring your own alcoholic beverages onto the site, per Massachusetts law.

You are guaranteed a seat in the section where you purchased your ticket only. For most shows at the tent, VIP seating and Preferred seating are reserved (see the seating chart online). General Admission seats are open seating by section.

For Family shows & Circus, a child 24 months and younger may be admitted without a ticket; so long as the child occupies the same seat as a ticket holder. For all other performances, persons without tickets will not be allowed to enter.

 

SEATING INFORMATION

At each performance, the tent will be set up for your optimal listening and viewing pleasure. When we present headline shows the tent will be set up similar to a concert hall with the mantra: the more the merrier. For a more intimate performance, there will be tables set up similar to a jazz club. We also present shows that invite you to dance, such as some of our reggae and bluegrass bands, and for those performances there will be a dance floor. And then there are shows where each ticket is General Admission, where one chooses their seat, first come, first served.

 

PRIVACY

We do not share your name or personal information with anyone. Ever.
