Updated Ticketing Policies

We wanted to drop a line and let you know we are adapting our ticketing policies for our upcoming season.

2020 Season ticket policy:
If your ticketed show is postponed or cancelled, we will convert your tickets to the rescheduled date, apply it to any other Payomet show, credit your account to be used at any time or refund the entire amount. If it takes place as scheduled and you feel sick, we ask you to stay home and call us at 508-349-2929 to convert your tickets.

What we are trying to say is, we don't want you to worry! If the show is rescheduled or you're sick, you will be able to get a credit to join us another time. Or we can give you a full refund. We miss you, and when the time feels right, can't wait to enjoy more amazing music together under the tent.
